The Cancellation / Interruption of stay
This insurance is made up of several guarantees that will secure your travel budget if something unexpected happened.
The aim of the guarantee cancellation / Interruption of stay is to refund in whole or in part paid rental to the owner if you have to cancel or end your stay further to an event determined in the contract: accident or serious illness, pregnancy complication, death of a close one, refusal of a tourist's visa, administrative summon, professional transfer, natural disaster, etc.

Namely, the costs that you will have to put in if the rented home is not identical to the description, or if a major claim make it uninhabitable just before your check-in.
It means that all policyholders can get the Cancellation / Interruption insurance even if only one participant could not come.
All Cancellation/ Interruption guarantees will help you to secure the cost of your stay, the cost of your transport and your security deposit.
Guarantee Cancellation / Interruption of stay
The aim of the guarantee cancellation / Interruption of stay is to refund in whole or in part paid rental to the owner if you have to cancel or end your stay further to an event determined in the contract: accident or serious illness, pregnancy complication, death of a close one, refusal of a tourist's visa, administrative summon, professional transfer, natural disaster, etc.
We offer this guarantee in 2 contracts:

- In the FFI Travel Pack: we cover short stays (until 31 days) with global cost that won’t be over 30 000 euros
- In the FFI Premium: we cover long stays (until 12 months) with global cost that won’t be over 120 000 euros
In both case, you can choose to insure:

- Agency fee amount

Round trip transport costs (plane, train, boat)
Refund of additional costs in order to maintain or continue the stay:

The « Family » guarantee:
It means that all policyholders can get the Cancellation / Interruption insurance even if only one participant could not come.
« The property damage » guarantee
It provides the refund of all costs that you may have to put in to fix accidental damages made to the rental home (building and furniture)
