Subscription procedure

Our products are offered directly online or by using a link provided by a partner rental agency.

• With direct purchase from our website, some information (allowing us to calculate your insurance amount) will be asked. For example, your address, dates of your stay, amount of your rent, etc.
  
  

• With a partner, no information will be asked because your rental agency will give them to us in order to calculate your insurance amount. 

 

 

Then, and no matter which type of insurance or proposal access used, procedure is the same:

• We proceed to a description of offered guarantee(s) and corresponding price(s). You will have to make a choice between various offers in order to go to the next step. This choice is not final.

• Then, contract documents are at your disposal to let you read them before subscription. A personalized quotation, dated and numbered, will be given to you. Every document contains a french text (legal language of the contract is french) and an english translation.

• If you decide to buy our product, we will ask you to validate each document. This validation, followed by your payment, expresses your will to subscribe and your agreement without reservation on our proposal. It won’t be necessary to send us back the signed contract.

A mobile phone number will be also asked in order to contact you if a claim happened and, if you took a product with an Assistance guarantee, to give your Assitance service 24/7 information by SMS. This SMS will be sent on the first day of your contract.

• Then, you will be transferred on a secured website of our bank to pay. AMEX and PAYPAL are not accepted. Payment is made with 3D Secure norm that authenticates card holder by using a code given by your bank (usually sent by SMS for each purchase).

• When the payment is done, a subscription confirmation will be sent by email.
