Insurance release
Insurance subscription made online on a commercial website offers the possibility to release without any reason or penalty in a 14 days period from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
Release request must be done by registered mail. If the stay has already begun, part of the relative payment of the ongoing insurance will be deducted from your refund.
Naturally, using contract documents given before the release request is forbidden and the insurer can warn the lessor or the rental agency that the guarantee is cancelled.

Warning: this release possibility can no be used for all contracts. Indeed, it do not applies to:
- Neither on contracts taken for less than 30 calendar days
- Neither on travel or luggage insurance contracts (such as vacation contracts, cancellation/interruption of stay, repatriation assistance)
- Neither on fully executed contracts by both parts.
